Voice of Bureau was a small application that was designed to provide feedback to the client services team. This could be in the form of an idea that the agent had or a customer providing feedback about the respective campaign.

The agent would fill out their name (which is automatically generated from their Windows login), the campaign name from a drop-down (a complete list of which is generated via SQL), the date and time of the feedback (also pre-populated), the account number of the customer (if applicable), the feedback and the station number of the agent (also pre-populated by default).

Upon submitting the form the details would be saved in an SQL database and emailed to the client services team for review. The database would also store a record of the Windows username, computer name and datetime, in case of mis-use.
